V návaznosti na negativní reakce na sociálních sítích směřujících ke klubu Coton de Tuléar (dále jen „Klub“) cítíme potřebu uvést skutečnosti na pravou míru a vymezit se proti nepravdivým sdělením vlastníka webových stránek Cotonland.
Klub a webové stránky Cotonland jsou dvě naprosto nezávislé entity bez jakékoliv spojitosti s výjimkou společného zájmu a lásky k plemeni Coton de Tuleár. Vlastník a současně provozovatel webových stránek Cotonland není členem Klubu, webové stránky Cotonland nejsou webovými stránkami Klubu a Klub nijak neovlivňuje podobu a obsah stránek Cotonland.
Webové stránky Cotonland vlastní a spravuje soukromá osoba a je zcela v její kompetenci, zda budou stránky přístupné veřejnosti, či nikoliv.
S ohledem na výše uvedené je zcela zřejmé, že jen velmi obtížně mohlo dojít k nepřístupnosti stránek Cotonland na základě zákazu či jiného obdobného jednání Klubu.
Tímto bychom rádi ujistili všechny naše členy, příznivce či jen občasné sledující o tom, že Klub nijak neovlivňoval jednání provozovatele webových stránek Cotonland vedoucí k jejich znepřístupnění a že primárním zájmem Klubu Coton de Tuléar i nadále zůstává chov zdravých jedinců plemene Coton de Tuléar.
In the light of recent events regarding negative reactions aimed towards the Coton de Tulear club (onwards reffered to as „Club”), we feel the need to distance ourselves from the false statements of the owner of Cotonland and set things straight.
The Club and Cotonland website are two independent entities without any kind of linkage apart from the shared interest and love for the Coton de Tulear breed. The owner and operator of Cotoland website is not a member of the Club, Cotonland webpage is not the website of the Club and Club does not influence in any way the form and content of the Cotoland website.
Cotoland is owned and operated by a private individual and it is in their power whether the website will be avaliable to the public, or not. In regards to the points made above, it is clear that there could not have been a ban issued against the website by the Club or any similar type of behavior from the Club that would lead to the suspension of the website.
Hereby, we would like to assure all of our members, supporters or followers that Club did not influence in any way the behavior of the operator of the Cotonland website that led to the shut down of the website for the public and that breeding of healthy individuals of the Coton de Tulear breed remains our priority and main focus.
